Human Relations Commissions of Bloomington (http://www.cityblm.org/index.aspx?page=263) and Normal (https://www.normal.org/index.aspx?NID=594) -- The primary responsibility of the commissions is to eliminate unlawful discrimination within the Cities of Bloomington and Normal. The commissions also serve as catalysts to resolve conflicts within the community, through the use of mediation and conciliation.

Labyrinth Outreach Services To Women (http://www.labyrinthoutreach.org) – A non-profit group that helps ex-offenders adjust to the community after jail or prison.
